2024 Non-Profit of the Year
Objective

To recognize the important role Non-Profit Organizations play in our local economy.

Criteria

- Any non-profit business headquartered in Monroe County. - Nominee must provide a valued service to Monroe County residents and must be an IRS recognized non-profit whose fundraising and revenue directly benefit Monroe County. - Must have been in business for the last 2 years and be a Forsyth-Monroe Chamber Member.

Selection Process

The Chamber Chairperson will appoint a committee to review the nominations and select a Non-Profit of the Year.

Recognition

Recognition in the Chamber’s newsletter, and future marketing materials highlighted on the Chamber’s website as an award recipient recognized at the Chamber’s Annual Meeting. Recognition on the Chamber's social media platforms and the Monroe County Reporter. The winner will receive a Non-Profit of the Year award to display.

Timeline

Nomination Deadline is - January 5, 2025. Winner will be announced at the Chamber's Annual Meeting held January 17, 2025.
