• 2024 Young Entrepreneur Award

    Objective
    To recognize an individual with remarkable dependability, dedication, and commitment through contributions and achievements in business and community service. This individual will have shown initiative in seeking and filling leadership roles throughout the community, professionalism in their field of work, and a vision and passion to mentor and lead others.
    Criteria
    This individual must be 40 years of age or younger, have owned their own business for at least 3 years and have made contributions through volunteerism and community activities.
    Selection Process
    The Chamber Chairperson will appoint a committee to review the nominations and select a Young Professional of the Year.
    Recognition
    Recognition in the Chamber’s newsletter, and future marketing materials highlighted on the Chamber’s website as an award recipient recognized at the Chamber’s Annual Meeting. Recognition on the Chamber's social media platforms and the Monroe County Reporter. The winner will receive a Young Entrepreneur of the Year award to display.
    Timeline
    Nomination Deadline is - January 5, 2025. Winner will be announced at the Chamber's Annual Meeting held January 17, 2025.
