2024 Hospitality Hero Award (formerly Customer Service Award)
Objective

To recognize a front-line employee in the hospitality industry who exceeds normal expectations and requirements to provide excellent service to Forsyth and Monroe County visitors and residents. These individual employees represent their employers and Monroe County as ambassadors of outstanding service.

Selection Process

The Chamber Chairperson will appoint a committee to review the nominations and select those recipients worthy of receiving a Customer Service Award.

Recognition

Recognition in the Chamber’s newsletter, and future marketing materials Highlighted on the Chamber’s website as an award recipient Recognized at the Chamber’s Annual Meeting Customer Service Award to display

Timeline

Nomination Deadline is January 5, 2025 Winner will be announced at the Chamber's Annual Meeting held January 17, 2025.
