Star Student / Star Teacher

Each year, in partnership with the PAGE Foundation, we recognize the high school student who scored the highest on his/her SAT. That student then chooses the teacher they believe had the most impact in their education to join in the recognition. This event is an annual favorite, especially surprising the teachers with the designation of Star Teacher. Student, parents, teachers, and faculty are invited to attend the Regional Star Banquet in Macon for a delicious dinner and another opportunity to honor the dedication and hard work of the Star Student. 

The PAGE Student Teacher Achievement Recognition (STAR) program is administered and promoted by the Professional Association of Georgia Educators (PAGE).
